Luminox’s Navy Seal Original EVO 3000 Series gets a new update

Taking inspiration from special forces from the United States, Luminox’s Navy SEAL Original EVO 3000 was introduced to the stout-hearted armies back in 1994, making it a dedicated companion for their challenging journeys. This year, the watch gets a new update and it’s better than ever with the improvement of new technology.

In addition to the 200 meters water resistance and Luminox Light Technology that make it a league on its own, the U.S. Navy-approved watch now comes with a screwed-down case back and a screwed-down crown, not to mention the textured dials and modernised fonts, giving the classic watch a contemporary twist. While the size of the diameter (43mm) and distinctively narrow dial opening are retained, the watch powered by Swiss Made quartz movement features a date aperture at 3 o’clock and luminous tubes on each of the hour markers as well as at 12 o’clock on the unidirectional turning bezel.

The Luminox Navy SEAL EVO 3000 Series comes with three colours including Navy Blue, Old Radium and Black out, where the Navy Blue colour takes cue from the uniform the special operations force wears to the official ceremonies whereas the Radium colourway is a nod to the heyday of luminous watches made with Radium.
