Oscars 2021: The best-dressed men

Oscars 2021: The best-dressed men

Liveliness filled the air of the awards season as the gents were back on the red carpet for the 93rd Academy Awards. Besides the more inclusive nominations and history-making moments the likes of Chloe Zhao becoming the first woman of colour to win Best Director and Yuh-Jung Youn to win Best Supporting Actress as a first South Korean, the style game of the attendees also made Oscars 2021 worth watching. Defying the black-tie code, LaKeith Stanfield stood out from the pack with a ’70s-inspired Saint Laurent jumpsuit cinched with a round hardware-decorated belt whereas Colman Domingo brought high octane energy to the red carpet with his fuchsia Versace tailored suit adorned with Swarovski crystals in dripping effect. On the flip side, Steven Yeun stunned in Gucci suit and Gucci dress shoes with a Star Eye-printed outsole while Riz Ahmed looked nothing less than charming in Prada suit. Oh, how can we not mention Alan Kim in black custom Thom Browne tuxedo suit? How adorable!
