Guess collaborates with 88rising for GUE88

After a successful first collaboration which debuted last November, Guess collaborates with 88rising again for an extensive sophomore capsule collection, the GUE88.

Departing from the 60s hippy tie-dye, the collaboration sets out on 80s acid wash in its second chapter, lending the flamboyant collection a unique edge. The team-up does not only play with the idea of colours, but also involves the use of premium Pima fabric, hitting a sweet spot between creativity and quality.

A step-up from the previous collection, the latest capsule collection comprises 54 pieces, which includes denim jackets, hoodies, bodysuits, cargo pants, accessories and others. The collaboration also gives birth to a new logo that merges the identity of the American lifestyle brand and 88rising.

“GUESS is committed to giving people a full experience through music, product, and activations. 88rising has been a great partner to create these moments. Last year’s collaboration was very limited to their festival and tour. In this second chapter, we will be expanding our story together around the world in exciting ways,” shared Nicolai Marciano, GUESS?, Inc. director of brand partnerships & specialty marketing, on the collaboration.

To celebrate the launch of the latest GUE88 collection, artists from 88rising’s roster including Rich Brian, Joji, Higher Brothers (Masiwei, Psy.P, KnowKnow, Melo) and NIKI were assembled to shot for the official campaign, which took inspiration from the school yearbook.

Ranging from RM229 to RM999, the collection will be available at GUE88 Pop-up store located at APW The Bookmark on Oct 12th & 13th as well as in store on Oct 16th at Guess Pavilion, KLCC and Sunway Pyramid.
