Cancer care depends on many people acting together: researchers, clinicians, patients, families and the supporters who fund the work. Ralph Lauren has built its 2026 Pink Pony campaign around that same idea. Titled “The Power of Us”, the collection celebrates community, togetherness and collective action, bringing together researchers, patients and survivors, and asks the public to join an effort that now reaches 17 countries.
The campaign is told through the experiences of seven people: Sam Suriakumar, a musician, consultant, and brain cancer patient at The Royal Marsden; Ash Foo, a model and ovarian cancer survivor; Cade Thompson, also a model, who survived hybrid osteosarcoma; Chad Palumbo, a professional lacrosse player and a rhabdomyosarcoma survivor; Marko Manojlovic, a model who survived Hodgkin lymphoma, and Saffron Vadher, an author and model who survived leukaemia.
The seventh voice comes from Dr Chanita Hughes-Halbert, the Director of the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Prevention and Associate Director for Cancer Health Disparities at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. Together, the group speaks about navigating diagnosis and treatment, the value of community support and the importance of early detection.

The 2026 Pink Pony collection uses the signature black-and-pink palette across a curated selection of Ralph Lauren classics, where they will donate 100% of the purchase price of the Pink Pony Twill Ball Cap, the Pink Pony Oxford Shirt and the Pink Pony Relaxed Fit Cable-Knit Sweater. At least 25% of the purchase price of every other product in the collection also goes to an international network of cancer charities.

On 17 October, Ralph Lauren will hold its first-ever Global Day of Shopping, with 5% of all purchases donated to support Pink Pony’s mission. Ralph’s Coffee locations will also serve a special Pink Pony Latte, where in the United States, full purchase price of each latte benefits the Pink Pony Fund of The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation, while in select locations worldwide, a percentage of proceeds supports local Pink Pony beneficiaries.

The global network has a local side too, where in Malaysia, donations from Pink Pony benefit the National Cancer Society of Malaysia, which works to raise public awareness of cancer and to improve the quality of cancer support in the country, A campaign built on unity depends on this kind of link between a worldwide effort and the organisations that serve patients and families close to home.

Ralph Lauren has worked to raise awareness in the fight against cancer under the Pink Pony campaign for more than 30 years, beginning in 2000. Today, the initiative supports programmes for research, screenings, early diagnosis, treatment, education and patient navigation. Funding takes shape through a $25 million commitment from The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation to expand or establish five cancer centres across the United States. As part of that commitment, the Foundation announced a grant to create the UChicago Medicine Ralph Lauren Center, which will serve Chicago’s South Side and Southland communities. Ralph Lauren has also partnered with the Korea National Cancer Center Foundation to establish The Ralph Lauren Center for Patient and Family Recovery at the National Cancer Center of Korea in Goyang. It will be the company’s first cancer centre in Asia. Both projects serve the initiative’s stated mission to reduce disparities in cancer care and to widen access to quality treatment at an earlier, more curable stage.

A cap, a shirt or a latte is a small purchase. Multiplied across employees, customers and partners worldwide, those purchases become funded research, earlier screenings and new places for patients and families to recover.
