As the Lunar New Year comes and goes, The Chow Kit unveils an exciting five-course seasonal menu that artfully balances tradition and newness. This curated selection of dishes is a tribute aimed to elevate what’s familiar to bring your taste buds on a comforting yet unique experience.

The meal begins with the Golden Prosperity Yee Sang, a refreshing and tangy combination of julienned vegetables and fruits. Served with a sweet honey lemon dressing on the side, once drizzled and tossed high, offers a three-dimensional explosion of flavour and texture to kickstart the next part of the journey.
Next, the Crispy Jumbo Prawn takes center stage — a perfectly golden crisp encased in a delicate crunchy wrapper, perched atop a dollop of spicy sambal mayo. This twist on a classic dish pays homage to local flavours, adding an extra step of complexity to the otherwise simple dish.
The Abundance Longevity Noodles follow, bringing a luxurious update to this classic dish. The perfectly cooked yee mee is served with fresh crab meat, tender abalone slices, and a rich hot braised abalone sauce. This dish is a quiet standout despite its familiarity with locals.
