As we are out and about again, Coach keeps the heart of KL city on the hop with Windows of the Future, a new initiative that turns Coach stores into hives of activity with bespoke experiences. The initiative will introduce bespoke window displays at nine locations around the world including Pavilion Elite Kuala Lumpur, where they work in collaboration with local artists, featuring the American luxury house motifs and brand campaigns.
Built with environmentally responsible materials as part of the house’s commitment to sustainability, Windows of the Future can also be found at Coach stores in New York City, Ala Moana, Mitsukoshi, Michigan Avenue, Senayan City and Yorkdale. For Pavilion Elite Kuala Lumpur store, it pays homage to Coach’s mascot Rexy by featuring it on window display and the giant LED screen, where the adorable cartoon character is seen carrying a full load of iconic Rogue bags.
In celebration of the launch of Windows of the Future, Coach also presents a digital gamification in which customers can participate in a digital AR game and stand a chance to win a prize. The digital AR game allows each participant to go on a mission to help the Rexy to capture more Rogue bags and the players with highest points will win an exclusive Rogue bag.
